In the late 1970's, a new kind of community was born. The resort style neighborhood complete with desirable amenities became a beacon for the rich and famous of North Texas. ChimneyHill won numerous architectural awards, was featured in hit TV shows like "Dallas," and was home to many of the Dallas Cowboys. Through the years, it's retained its charm as the city has grown up around it. The community is moving into a renaissance through renewed maintenance efforts and fresh faces stepping in to volunteer for Boards and Committees.
Ways to Get Involved
We believe there's a place for everyone to get involved in our community, whether you're interested in leading as a board member, helping out on a committee or just getting to know your neighbors. Taking the time to get invested in where you live allows you to put down roots, serve the community and build lasting friendships with people nearby. If you're not sure where to start, visit our Committees page to find activities you can participate in with neighbors who share your interests.
